Established in 1891, North West Golf Club has a rich history that has seen it evolve into a premier golfing destination. The club was founded in 1891 in Derry's Guildhall. Sixteen local businessmen got together and commissioned Mr. Charles Thompson, the Royal Portrush professional, to design the classic links course we have today.
North West Golf Club is one of Ireland's oldest courses and one of the nine founder member Clubs of the Golfing Union of Ireland, which included Royal Portrush & Portsalon.

Brian has had an amazing career, winning the North of Ireland Championship at Royal Portrush, European Amateur Championship and the Irish Close played at Donegal Golf Club. In 2006 he went on to play The Open Championship and The Masters at Augusta so it's safe to say he has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share.
